I started RJC Day Support  back in 2018  My name is Richard Clarke and I have been working in the health and social care sector for 27 years. My background within the sector has mainly been supporting individuals with learning disabilities and individuals with Autism. With one of my clients being with me for 20 years and I still support this young man to-date.

Within my professional role I have gained my qualifications from level 2 in health and social care to NVQ Level 5 leadership in management within the Care sector not forgetting the vast amount of hands on experience and knowledge I have learnt over the years.
